Poems were recited by Grade 4 pupils, a welcome song was sung by Grade 3 and 4 pupils and a Circus Skills demonstration given by children who attend the school’s Circus Club. Then senior pupils welcomed them to KIBS with a fresh sunflower to make it an unforgettable day. Following a visit to their new class rooms, the school starters launched balloons with their names written on the attached Finders Cards.
The new girls and boys in Grade 5 had a lot of fun together with numerous guests. The highlight of the programme was the planting of a Gingko Tree. Its characteristic is robustness. A goal that all the pupils want to achieve with commitment to school and hard work.
